After having been at this facility for a length of time, JPS had determined that their needs had changed, in this project we assisted JPS in optimizing the flow of traffic and employees. We took existing conditions and we had set to demo part of their work counter and pull it back to allow for better movement among people as they moved about. We added additional office space as well as a new check-out counter to help expedite their processes.
